THE ANGELIKA NYC

I love movies, most specifically independent films.  My husband and I have been going to the Angelika Film Center since we were dating and we are now married for 13 years.   What makes the Angelika so great is that it is not simply just a theatre that shows the top new indie films but it is also an enjoyable and dynamic place to be at.  Located at 18 Houston street, it borders Soho, the Village and Nolita situating it perfectly for an amazing dinner or shopping before going to see the latest film.  Not to mention, the Angelika Café is so ideal.  There’s nothing like a special sweet treat and delicious coffee before, during or after a movie! 

For any one who loves independent films, the Angelika in NYC is definitely the place to try.
